The sealer will dry to the touch in 1 hour. You can walk on the surface within a few hours but ensure that the concrete remains dry for at least 36 hours so the sealer has ample time to react. But below the surface it may continue to work for at least 72 hours. Remove old coating or sealer if present using a concrete masonry paint stripper product.

Dry time longer dry time required in cooler temperatures and higher humidity. Clean with a mild non abrasive liquid detergent after 30 days. 72 hours to reposition furniture heavy foot traffic and park tires on corrugated cardboard for 14 days. Disposal blank space if empty.

Allow the first coat to dry for 4 hrs. Sprinkle a few drops of water onto the surface. Clean with a mild non abrasive liquid detergent after 30 days. Within the first 30 minutes the sealer will dry off from the surface.

Before deciding if a second coat is needed. Allow to dry 24 hours for light foot traffic. Longer dry time required in cooler temperatures and higher humidity. New concrete must cure for a minimum of 30 days.
